Revue du Vin de France : 90-92/100 « Très sombre, épicée, exubérante, fruit noir et épices douces, La Chapelle garde cette année le cap d’une expression solaire et volubile, davantage que La Mission. Sans caractère massif, on apprécie la richesse du goût, jusque dans les tanins. »
Le Point : 16/20 « Nez marqué par la prise de bois, bouche tendre, élégante, cabernet, tension, nervosité, finale relevée. »
Quarin : 91/100 « Couleur sombre. Nez très aromatique, pur, frais et fruité, sentant bon la gelée de mûres. Délicat en entrée de bouche, savoureux au milieu, accompagné d'un toucher raffiné, le vin évolue juteux et distingué. Il s'achève parfumé sur des saveurs persistantes de Pessac Léognan. Jolie longueur séveuse. »

Crushed flowers, spice and sweet pipe tobacco lift a core of red-toned fruit in this racy, sensual Chapelle. Attractive floral and cinnamon notes linger. The 2023 is all charm-I expect it will drink well with minimal cellaring. »

Open and expressive with mainly red fruit mixed with subtle white pepper and graphite notes, this is a nicely controlled, quite elegant La Chapelle. »
