Bettane & Desseauve : 96-97/100 ♥ Coup de cœur « Impressionnant par la délicatesse de sa texture et par le fondu et la diversité de ses arômes : c’est le saint-julien idéal et une réussite de plus de la part de l’excellente équipe technique du cru. »
Le Point : 18/20 « Bouche souple, élégante, droite, tanins fins mais présents. C'est très cabernet en conservant beaucoup de finesse et de souplesse. »
Quarin : 95/100 « Moelleux en entrée de bouche, très savoureux au milieu, gras, le vin caresse le palais accompagné d'un joli goût de fruits rouges et noirs. Il s'achève long en finale sur des tannins fins. Vous noterez son petit degré d'alcool comparable à celui de Lafite. »
Galloni : 94-96/100 « The 2023 Gruaud Larose is a powerhouse. Rich and ample, with striking depth, the 2023 offers notable resonance from start to finish. Black cherry, blackberry, licorice and spice fill out the layers nicely. The 2023 is a big, potent Gruaud Larose that will need a number of years to be at its best. This is a terrific example of the vintage at its finest. »
Martin : 93-95/100 «  Layers of blackberry, cedar and floral scents surface in the glass, all very composed with beautifully integrated oak. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins-quite crisp and commendably saline, which really comes through toward the finish. This is a classic Gruaud Larose that confirms the ongoing improvement at this estate. »
