Maison Roederer has been regaining its lustre since 2010, under the guidance of its excellent cellar master Mr. Lecaillon, a firm believer in permaculture and agroforestry who in 2018 put half (120 ha) of the vineyard into organic conversion. The House's style is now oriented towards straightforwardness and salinity, refined and uncluttered wines.
The range begins with the cuvée Collection, as much an aperitif champagne as a meal wine, thanks to the addition of reserve wines. Then come three vintages (Brut, Rosé and Blanc de Blancs) to conclude with Cristal, their world-famous flagship cuvée.
Cristal, the highlight of the range, is a model of purity and balance. A true “champagne de garde”, it can be cellared for over 15 years without losing any of its freshness or power.

The Brut Millésimé is built around Pinot Noirs (70%) from the original Roederer vineyard, “La Montagne”. Aged an average of 4 years on lees, it combines a fleshy, vinous texture with subtle fruity and smoky aromas.

Saline and slender, Blanc de Blancs Millésimé is made from a few parcels of Chardonnay concentrated in the limestone vineyards of “La Côte”, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs.
